  We had a sit down bathtub installed by another company. It became obvious that our old hot water tank was not up to the job. I requested a price for an ON Demand hot water system from quite a few local plumbers. Wayne was the only one who responded. The were very professional, obviously knew what they were doing. His price was fair. They installed the hot water system. In the process he upgraded our very old pipes (the house is over 100) which greatly sped up the filling of the tub. Great experience all around. I will not hesitate to call Pipeworks for any future plumbing. Excellent work and service.

  When I initially contacted this company, they showed up in a reasonable amount of time. They advised me to contact the manufacturer and have replacement parts sent to my residence. It took two weeks and the parts arrived the week before Christmas. I contacted the company and advised all the parts had arrived. I was told they would be in touch after Christmas. I waited a week after Christmas and contacted them again on a Monday. They told me to call them back on Thursday if I hadn't heard from them. So Friday I called and they stated they would come on Sunday at noon. At 1pm on Sunday they still had not arrived. I sent a text asking if they were still planning on showing up. I never received a reply. Needless to say, I am going to go thru a different company.

  Thank you for your review. A phone call or email would have been better. I asked you to call me when you got home after 11:00am. I do not normally work on sat or sunday. I was trying to make an exception for you. I hope all goes well.
