  Jose and team were wonderful. On a workday evening, both bathrooms in the house started backing up. The next day, one plumber used snake and showed me root penetration into the sewer pipe in front yard. Quote for trenchless piping in the front yard was given. I decided to shop around and called Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing. Jose showed up within 2 hours of my call. He turned out to be quite familiar with rules of my City, and those are complex rules by my standard. He provided very thorough explanation, which gave me the confidence that he and his team know the work and have done it many times before, including dealing with delays by the City... Quote came very quickly to my email inbox. I gave his company the work. The rest, like what they say, is history. I only wish that my City is as efficient and customer-oriented as Jose and his team are. I also asked Jose to look into water pipes (not sewer pipe or waste water pipe) like re-pipe at a property in a different city in the Bay Area, and he is familiar with the rules and behaviors of that city too! Love it. I will definitely call Pipe-Thru the next time I have relevant need. Great work & good luck to the company! Thumbs up.

  A well-deserved 5 Stars for Jose and Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing for the estimate, the actual work, the clean up, and the cost. Trenchless was definitely the way to go. My job was done to perfection, and the cost was lower than other estimates. Jose was super responsive when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was thorough and detailed and included pulling permits. The crew showed up on time, was friendly (I kept coming out to take pictures of the progress) and finished ahead of the estimated time (my wife liked having the sewer back). After the city inspection, they thoroughly compacted when refilling the hole. They even carefully uncovered some irises they had to cover with dirt. The irises look no worse for the wear. There's no way to tell they were even here.

  Our home's main water line was deteriorating and was causing our driveway to crack like no one's business. With no plans to tear out our entire drive way slab we thought our only option was to rent a concrete saw and make a trench. This business came highly recommended from a colleague and I'm happy I went with them. Once Jose was briefed on the issue he verified the leak via a leak test and assured me we wouldn't need to touch our drive way and only a SMALLL section of our lawn would would need to be trenched. Definitely a huge sigh of relief as I was trying to avoid the expense of a new concrete slab at the moment. In addition to replacing our cast iron pipes with new HDPE line they were able to install a clean out on our sewer line for future maintenance as we have had some severe back ups. Since we live in California I'm happy with the HDPE pipe, One less thing to worry about when earthquakes happen! Can't recommend Pipe-Thru Trench-less enough! Very professional and efficient team.
