  My husband and I are first time home owners and just bought our home in June. When our pipes froze in December during that crazy cold spell I was in tears and had no idea what to do! I found Pipe Pro Plumbing & Heating by doing a search for plumbers near me. They had good reviews so I called and left a message for Doug. His son called me back within minutes and came out that night to assess the issue. Thankfully the heat to the first floor was working. Both Doug and his son came back the next day and they put a plan of action into place and laid out multiple options for us. The frozen section of the pipe was in a place where we couldn't get to without pulling siding down so we decided to wait for the cold spell to end. Once it did we did what they showed us and we were able to get the heat working again! They came back again and did a antifreeze treatment so we do not have to worry about this again! As first time home owners we were so afraid of being taken advantage of, but their attention to detail and time they took to explain everything to us was amazing! We highly recommend Pipe Pro Plumbing & Heating! Thank you guys!!

  We called pipepro on day 2 of no heat at my mom's house. Doug called back promptly and was at my moms house within hours. They were the only heating company that called us back. He fixed the problem and explained everything to us. He is very knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.

  Technicians that came out multiple times were very knowledgeable and extreamly professional. Cleaned everything they worked on when they left as well. If anyone I know needs plumping or heating problems fixed these are the people I'm recommending.
