  This is not a trustworthy company/plumber. They went by many names and phone numbers in the past, such as Accuserv, Prestige Pro Plumbing, and probably has association to All Time Plumbing Heating & Cooling. From the numerous bad reviews I dug through on Google and Yelp, the guy goes by the name Rey or Dan. He did a botch job replacing my boiler and refused to pick up my calls once I found out I couldn't get a permit with his shabby job. Please stay away from this business and do ample research before you hire a plumber. This guy will probably change his business name and phone numbers a few more times to scam more desperate people. It's easy to look up this guy's identity if you try via Google so please don't make the same mistake I made

  This company also operates as Prestige Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. They fraudulently advertised in Google Local using the name of Vaughan. The owner of of Prestige Pro which also shares the same address and the phone number told me that he bought the Vaughan business when I had inquired about the name of the business. But infact Vaughan is still in business. I had talked to the owner of Vaughan they claim they have never sold the business and they are still operating. The owner showed up to my initial inquiry with an assistance. Later he sent a technician named Ahmed along with the assistant. Ahmed claims he is a Palestinian. The assistant claims he is a Syrian. The work performed is extremely poor. They replaced the compressor. The AC broke in 2 weeks. When I reached out to the owner, Ashraf, he kept on putting me off and then now he doesn't answer anymore. Beware of this fraud.
