  Team showed up 15 minutes early and finished 3 minutes after their scheduled start time. Very respectful and professional field team. When scheduling service with the office, be sure you know the size of your tank when getting a quote. I didn't know the size of my tank and was quoted and charged for a 4000 gallon tank, but I have a 1000 gallon. I didn't realize this until reviewing the bill, that the original price of $200 was scratched out, and what the office quoted was then filled in, which was over $100. If you pay more than needed, they will not inform you.

  What a wonderful company! Had these guys come out and pump our septic, and they were able to come quickly! They were very professional and extremely nice! The two gentleman that came did a great job, they were super nice! Thank you!

  Zero stars. Would you want this company working for you? You judge. This plumbing company is the worst company with whom I have ever done business. Tammy in the office is unprofessional and rude. Justin the owner is a tyrrant who does not know how to manage his way out of a box. Example one: putting a line under a house and demands the new hire to crawl under the house because Justin is too big to crawl under the house himself. What would he have done had the skinny new hire not been there - probably would have rigged something that would not last two months. Example two: Working until all hours of the night (3 a.m. and back to work at 5 a.m.). This is a prime example of poor management, poor planning, poor scheduling, and poor organization. Also, it seems that they are not bonded or insured because they individually hold their employees responsible for their work by with-holding pay. Would you want this company working for you?
