  This company replaced a faucet with what was believed to be a new faucet. New or not, it leaked. They went out and confirmed a "cartridge" failure and repaired. A few months later we experienced a flood! The same contractor went out and confirmed the faucet failed. It took a month to get the paperwork regarding the scope of their work, and they refused to provide any manufacturers warranty. Steer clear!
