  Work is great. Response not so good. Prepare to have a saints patience to get a job completed. I understand backup and waiting I do not understand a 2-3 months wait to get a started job completed. Getting ahold of the owner is impossible. No call back after repeated calls requesting his response. Receptionist is rude. I guess when demand is so high a business can afford to behave this way. Too bad. Just a phone call back after a job was half completed would have been appreciated. Finally after waiting since 9-10, And it is now 11-22, the plumber came out and finished the dishwasher connection and the leak. They do a good job but very disappointed on the lack of follow up.

  Carlos came out directly and fixed our toilet in an hour. Super polite, very capable, and a good price.

  Chris with Pinos Altos Plumbing is fantastic. We've had ongoing plumbing issues and Chris took the time to get it taken care of right, wished we would have called them first instead of wasting money on other plumbers who didn't get the problem fixed. Would highly recommend!
