  Waited 2 days for my appointment with this company for my furnace to be serviced. The technician arrived, ignored the sign on my door which asks for entrants into my home to please put on a mask. When asked if he had a mask, the technician replied “no”. When offered one, he refused, informed me that his employer doesn’t require employees to wear masks and told me that if I want him to wear a mask while he’s in MY HOME, I can find somebody else to do the job. Stunned at this ignorance and unbelievable lack of respect and professionalism, I made a call into the office, asked to speak with the owner who was apparently unavailable, left a message and never received a call back. I’m happy to have paid your competitor for not only their fast service and job well done, but also for their common sense.

  Trouble with our thermostat in cold weather. Worked us into the schedule same day. Knowledgeable, personable technician. Excellent consideration & service. Very much appreciated.

  Sales rep did a great job explaining the different fireplace fixtures. We ordered ours today, and once it's in, the rating could go up a star. Very friendly staff.
