  Jacob and his assistant was great!! Our furnace wasn't working and I called Pilot Air at 7:30am and they were here at 10am. It was a very cold morning. Jacob explained what he did to fix the problem and made sure it was working correctly before he left. The price was good and we are very thankful. Great job and thank y'all very much!!

  Pilot Air did a great job today replacing my gas furnace. Chad and Chris did an excellent job with installation. Both very professional and pleasant to work with. Shane was excellent through out the process with scheduling and communication. Gordon was excellent with the initial assessment and quote as well. Thanks again!

  Excellent service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We needed a complete overhaul of our system. They replaced the heat pump, coil and thermostat in a timely and professional way. Incredibly hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and communicated clearly every step of the way. Highly recommended! Thank you Pilot Air. Great Job!!!! 👍🏼
