Pillar Plumbing Performed their Plumbing Perfectly & Professionally! Everyone we interacted with on the phone during the service call set-up (both Natasha & Casey) were EXTREMELY friendly and bent over backwards to accommodate our same-day request for service. (They need a raise!) Pete the plumber was very professional, quick, knowledgeable and took time to answer all my dumb questions. He killed it and we couldn't be happier with his finished work product. We would HIGHLY recommend Pillar Plumbing! What are you waiting for?? Give them a call NOW!! (This is not a paid-advertisement, just a VERY satisfied customer's experience review!) 01/28/22

Unhappy with the services provided. Was charged 2 hours of labor and a part run (Total $287) to install a $15 shower cartridge, which he very quickly found at Lowe's less than 3 miles away. He then left without installing a handle, leaving me to run around town to find one that would fit. The leaking shower head was fixed, but as far as the "leak" was concerned, I was told to putty it up and that I wouldn't likely be there when it actually became a problem down the road. I will add that the owner, called to rectify the situation and unfortunately, I had already purchased and researched how to install the new trim and handle on my own. It only takes about 10 minutes and that included shaving down some of the tile for the best fit possible. If you want to learn and don't mind putting in the work, sometimes the most cost effective solution is to just do it yourself. If you don't feel comfortable doing the work on your own, definitely call professionals. Just know what they specialize in, as you may end up having to call other specialty contractors to address the issue as a collective. A small plumbing fix can turn into a big bill 3 contractors later. Photo added of the wall to be left alone, which I clearly did not lol.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve and regret your experience was not as anticipated. Unfortunately when it comes to plumbing fixture repairs there are literally thousands of variations and having all of them on one vehicle doesn’t make a great deal of business sense. Your fixture is 28 years old and finding the right part to stop the leak is often difficult. It takes a great deal of skill to identify and make a repair on something that old. This is exactly why we offered a full replacement instead of a repair, but that recommendation was declined. Finally the trim and handle pieces after 28 years of hard water build up and daily use simply would not fit back in place. We offered to get a new trim/handle set for you but that service was declined. Instead we explained exactly what you could to to find the parts needed and repair yourself (to save you money) We also informed you of the cracking grout lines in the tile (we are plumbers not tile contractors) but we work with some great people that can help you with that! We would appreciate the opportunity to return and install a new trim kit or replacement option. Please let us know if you would like to schedule.

Such great customer service! Peter was not only professional and repaired our faucet leak, but he went above and beyond and is just an all-around nice guy. When he left my husband said "we've found our plumber". Thank Pillar Plumbing!
