  They called me right back and scheduled an appt for the next day. Mark was great. He knew what was wrong and how to fix it. He went to get the parts and was back within 30 minutes. He did the work and cleaned up. He was professional and personable. The work was done at my mothers who has Alzheimer’s and was very kind to her too. Great business. I’ll definitely use them again.

  Pilgrim Plumbing was a delight to work with. Easy to schedule, responsive and were accommodating when our project got delayed. They provided a clear, detailed quote that they stuck to to the penny. Chris was communicative through the entire process about what needed to be done and how to approach it. We will absolutely use them again.
