  I don’t normally post reviews but I feel like this company definitely deserves it. Our water heater was old from 1993 old. Cameron was able to recommend different products and give me honest information about the different water heaters they carry. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I won’t ever go back to another plumbing company. Water heater is working great!

  Carter performed maintenance on my tankless hot water heater in an exemplary and efficient manner on 11 Feb 22. Carter descaled the heat exchanger portion with a cleaning solution with a sump pump and rinsed it well until the water ran clear. He also checked out the remaining parts of the unit to ensure no other possible problems existed. The price for the job was very reasonable. Carter is courteous, wealth of knowledge and a true professional. I highly recommend Carter for any plumbing job for our house and anyone else. Thanks for a job well done!

  I called Pikeville Plumbing the day before Christmas Eve about a bad smell that would come and go in my master bathroom and they were able to get me an appointment for 5 days later which was not bad at all! When the plumber got here, he was able to find the problem in less than 5 minutes, but had to get the parts to fix it. He was back in less than 20 minutes and fixed it within 5 minutes. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to get it done and explain the problem. I would recommend them for sure!
