    We had a leak downstairs. They couldnt find the reason for it, but they still charged $150. I mean, you dont fix anything you just come and look around with a flash light and charge $150 ??? This is ridicilous. And the guy said that if he did fix something it wouldve been free because of our house warranty. I dont know I have never seen such thing.
