Ok, so the water 💧heater decided to go out this week....the WEEK OF CHRISTMAS 🎄 and I called Pierce Plumbing. They came out & installed a new water heater and when my husband saw it he said "that's the Finest looking water heater I have ever seen and look at their work! Everything is very professionally done and really looks 👍good." They did a great job 👏👏 and I highly recommend them..🏆🏆

Mr. Pierce came promptly on a cold Friday afternoon and did not charge me one penny! I thought the thermostat control was missing, only to find it there! I'm getting to an eye doctor ASAP. LOL He was so courteous and caring. He sets the standard for what a serviceperson should be.

Do not recommend this company. They do not have qualified plumbers/technicians and exaggerate repairs to up the cost. I was quoted a price to remove a conventional gas water heater and install a gas tankless unit. I was told it would be two weeks before they could get to it. It ended up being three weeks. When the technicians arrived they removed the conventional unit and started the install of the tankless but had to stop 2 different times and leave to go get fittings. Once it was plumbed it leaked and they had to redo a PEX fitting. After that they had to leave again to go get everything needed to wire the unit. Seems like if the job was quoted, all necessary parts would be on the truck to do the job. The lead technician told me that he didn't feel comfortable wiring the unit up and wasn't sure how to get the wire into my electrical panel other than cutting a hole in the ceiling and wall next to the panel! Why not if he is a certified installer? He couldn't get the wiring through the attic and into the panel as it should be. They hooked an extension cord to the tankless so we would have hot water that night and left. Around 7pm that night I noticed water coming from the condensation drain that was never hooked up! It was leaking on the floor. Again if he was a trained installer, why was that missed? The next morning a second set of technicians arrived to wire the unit correctly and hook up the condensation drain. Very unprofessional job. Very bad customer experience. No leadership to insure their technician's are properly trained. In addition I was also quoted some repairs in two showers and a tub faucet. $1900 worth. I was told two access holes would have to be cut into the walls to make the repairs to the shower valves. I repaired them myself in two afternoons and $140 worth of parts/materials and didn't cut a single hole as the shower valve's were not the problem. Hire at your own risk.
