  I called this company after 4 on a Saturday about a septic tank that was backed up. Brian answered the phone and was on site in less than an hour to pump the tank. He was even able to jet the line that was clogged. This company has all the knowledge and proper equipment to get the job done properly and efficiently.

  I spoke with Mike today to get a second opinion on work we were quoted from another company about our degrading septic system (6,500 worth). He was honest and helpful and took the time to give me his expert advice. This is what customer focused business should be about, not giant charges for overhead but taking care of the people you serve honestly. Thank you Mike!

  Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable of the septic system. Had my tanks pumped for routine maintenance. Mike pumped, inspected for normal operation, cleaned filter and back filled very nicely. I would recommend Piedmont Septic Solutions for any of your septic needs!
