  My name is Justin Griffith and we had issues with our compressor on our air unit. It’s making really really loud vibration noises that kept us up all night and we have to get up for work every day at 3:30am. We rent so our land lord sent this place out to our home today and he tried to get our landlord to make us deal with the noise for another month until warm weather gets here. Reason being because it doesn’t make the noise on cool, only on heat. We have children here and we work everyday and fix this place up out of pocket. I run service as well in the Chattanooga area and I would never treat a customer this way. It’s supposed to be done right the first time. And that’s how you keep good customer bases. NOT being treated this way. Luckily our landlord is willing to have it fixed so we don’t have to deal with the loud racket right outside our bedroom. I would never recommend this company to anyone. And really don’t even deserve 1 star but that’s the only way I could leave this review.

  I recently bought a house in Marion county and it's not an easy task to get someone to come out here. Keith was more than happy to come out and fix our AC. He's honest and gets the job done and completely affordable. Pickett's is the only AC repair I'll ever use. You can absolutely trust them.

  Great service! Came within a couple hours of me calling and repaired the issue immediately. Keith was very professional and explained the issue thoroughly. I would definitely recommend .
