  Phelps was wonderful to work with. I called them for an estimate on my sump pump. They came out the next day. They sent me a text with the estimate within 24 hours of my approval my pump was in ready for flood season. They were all very nice and help full. I will definitely use them again.

  Very disappointing that with an emergency and a furnace that won't work, when calling them, he asked if he installed it or looked at it before and since he hadn't, he said he couldnt help. Not very helpful at all.
