  Our central air conditioning unit recently went out in the middle of the night, so we called PHC, Inc. the next morning. The office responded to our call quickly and communicated to us when they anticipated they could send out a technician. Within the time frame communicated, Steve called to confirm if it was a convenient time for him to address the problem. He and his assistant were courteous and quickly changed out the capacitor and checked over the entire unit for any other potential issues. He also provided some tips for preventative maintenance. We consider the value of the service provided as excellent.

  We hired PHC to do a test on our well which was done only after our real estate agent inquired why the had not been here for over a week. The rep who did the testing was very nice. When we requested the test, we asked what the cost would be and we agreed it was okay, but when we got our bill it was more than we were initially told. We called and spoke with the young lady who had told us in initial cost and she looked up our account and said the billed amount was correct. We reminded her she had told us a different cost but all she said was the bill was correct and not the decency of an apology. Sorry, there are too many others that would appreciate our business and stick to their word with prompt service.
