  Over the years, several technicians have done the following: replaced a water heater, replaced a thermostat for a radiant heating system, they have repaired an AC draining system, provided annual AC maintenance, and now plumbing repairs are being addressed.. Recently, Nick has seen to it that the AC is running smoothly, he has also repaired a faucet on the bathroom sink, and he is now scheduled to repair the kitchen sink. He quickly assessed the problem, clearly told me what needs to be done, and he is scheduled to return next week to do the work. The professionalism and the quality of work exhibited by the technicians, and the courteous and prompt responses of the office staff assures me that customers are important and the cost for services and repairs is money well spent.

  The guys that came were very polite, very punctual, and professional. I appreciated them answering all my questions in reference to the new furnace. They were very cautious upon entering my stairwell and landing area, as to not damage anything in my home. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Hope the new furnace pays off for me. Thanks a bunch!

  I'm not one to often review a company, but here I did feel the need. To put things lightly, I had a mess at my house from boiler/radiators. First, they worked with me as I was dealing with insurance and the bank. Then, we ran into issues with supplier. All in all, the job at my house took a long time. I will always thank Petrucci for their open communication, professionalism, and great work they did!
