  We had a wonderful experience with the gentlemen who came out to assist us today. They fit us in same day, arrived when they said they would and went above and beyond with all of our needs. They originally came to address just one problem, but stayed to help us with other issues we added to their list. We wish to thank both Eli and Xavier for their professionalism.

  Called the main office yesterday regarding replacing an exterior hose bib that has seen better days (30 years ago). They gave me a fair price estimate and told me they'd be here between 10-12 the following day. This morning they called at around 0830 and said they had someone on the way and they'd be there at 0900. Whoa! Punctuality gets two thumbs up! Leon was my technician. He was friendly and took one look at the bib, knew exactly what was needed, and was done in about 45 minutes. He also was patient with me (since I am always curious and like to ask questions and see how things are done). Called and made payment and everything was done. Saved me the trouble of having to go to the hardware store multiple times, spending money for things I didn't need, and not to mention the frustration that I would have inevitably met trying to repair on my own. Thanks Petro Plumbing!

  Petro Plumbing exceeds all expectations. Calls are answered promptly, plumbers are sent out in a timely manner. They are efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, and make sure your property is left finished and clean. The staff is polite and understanding. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Definitely recommend this company!
