  I called, and asked the company to give me a bid on repairing a outside water line. The man I talked to asked me if I was ready to hire him to do the work, which I told him I needed a estimate before I hired him to know how much it was going to cost me. He said he wasn't able to give me a estimate at that time, but he called me back about a hour later, and explained to me what he would take to fix my problem, and we made arrangements to have the work done. It was nice to have a company take the time to go through and explain what it was going to take to help me when they are busy. I look forward to finally having my main waterline repaired. Thanks

Tracey is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure we understand the issues and the options available.
