  Our well breaker was tripping and left us without water. When we opened the cover the wires were exposed and arcing. We had an electrician look at it, but the wiring was in such bad shape that he said we needed to pull the head and pull up the pump for more wire and should have the well head brought up to grade. It’s Friday noon. I have NO water. Peter’s responded and said they could have someone out in the afternoon. I was expecting just to get emergency repairs and deal with the rest later, but Josh said “why not do it while I’m here and I gave everything I need to do it”. He took care of everything. He was personable and professional. Thanks for a job well done. And I don’t give reviews lightly.

  Peters' is great. I've been using then since 1997 and I have 2 houses with wells in the area. They've been excellent in everything they've done for me -- well drilling, well testing, pump replacement, plumbing repairs, and general maintenance. I had a very bad experience with another company that did a very poor job of everything (well, storage tank and plumbing) and then left me in the lurch; they were also rude, crass and completely unprofessional. Peters' stepped in and fixed all the other company's horrible blunders, and were great about it. I'll never use anyone else.

  Called on a Sunday due to issue with well-water pump stopped working, therefore zero water. Received call back at 7a following morning (Monday)and Josh showed up around 10a. He found the problem immediately and after modifying some things, job was done, water back on, all within a half hour. Josh is awesome - 5 star service. Very happy customer
