This was my third time with drain cleaners!
I live in a mobile home and it was older and very much in need of cleaning.
Personal Plumbing was on it from the start. Elias was great. He assessed  the problem, came up with a solution and went to work.
He is very good at what he does! Great to work with. I can finally wash clothes without worrying about the drain backing up.
The camera shows it all.

The guys at Personal Plumbing went above and beyond to detect a leak in my slab and at a reasonable price.  Chris clearly communicated with me through each step of the process regarding next steps, costs,  temporary fix, and long-term fix.  They got hot water running to half of my house while I weighed my options for repair.  I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

I have used personal plumbing twice.  Their service is professional and on time.  The quality of their workmanship is excellent.  Calls to the company are returned promptly and courteously.  Try them, you’ll be happy you did!

Very professional outfit.  They were excellent communicators (quick to return phone calls and texts), and Oscar was extremely courteous to our 95-year-old father in law throughout the entire process.  Highly recommend this company!

I needed some pipes moved for a bathroom remodel.  Bob answered the phone right away and after texting a picture of the job needed, he immediately gave me a reasonable quote.  Elias contacted me and came out the same day and the job was done right in about an hour.  I would use them again.

Tyler and his guy Oscar did great work getting my plumbing put back together after a major remodel. I needed a few sinks replaced with vanities as well as my kitchen plumbing reconnected, and a water line for my new fridge and these guys did super fast, clean work! I even had a new dishwasher delivered after the job and the dishwasher installers from home depot weren't willing to install my dishwasher without the two-way adapter needed already installed.  Oscar totally left it there for them and they just either didn't notice or didn't want to mess with it and left without finishing up. Tyler ended up sending Oscar back today and they went ahead and hooked up my dishwasher for me for free, something they totally did not have to do. Overall I'm super pleased with their service and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks guys!

Tyler reached out by phone in response to my inquiry, and took his time to answer all of my questions in detail, down to the make & model of the shower valve that will be replaced so that I can look it up.  He was able to schedule the work in a couple days.   Oscar came to do the work, and he was prompt (texted on route to give us a heads up) very respectful (had face mask, shoe cover, and floor cover), and helpful (taught us how to work and adjust the new shower.). Clean up was thorough.  I was not there, but Tyler called right away to let me know how things went and sent me a report with photos.  We had called another two plumbers for estimates, and Personal Plumbing gave the best price.  With not as many reviews yet, I took a chance, and I'm glad I did!  The entire process felt very personal and positive.  Now we have a plumber for future needs!

I highly recommend personal plumbing! They did an amazing job installing my shower Valve and tub. They were very professional, personable, organized , and there quality was on point . It’s hard to find a good plumbers out there ! So if you’ve  been looking , look no more ! Personal plumber will take care of you ! I definitely will be using them from now on. I had called Bill Metzger plumbing first to come and check our water pressure. They assessed that our home water pressure was super high and needs immediate modification and will cost us $1800. I then called Personal Plumbing Inc for a second opinion and Tyler explained everything in full details and sent a technician. I was happy to find out that the actual pressure of our home was 70 and normal and the pressure the other company was referring to was not the inside of the home but our backyard water and it needed to be mildly higher to handle the sprinklers. Although I paid $89 for the testing, I was thrilled with the honesty of Tyler and the Personal Plumbing company and in the process saved $1800. I found out that even if it needed the suggested work, it would cost below $1000. Thank you Personal Plumbing Inc. I will definitely use your services when needed in the future.
