  Called 5 plumbers. 1 couldn't come for a week, 2 could be there the next day, 1 never called back. Persenaire was able to have Steve at my house in 3 hours if I could help him carry in the new water heater and carry out the old since he was the only service person they could get to me. They even gave me a discount for the help. Steve was very professional and personable. Competitive price and followed through on everything they committed to.
