  Perry was very helpful. My hot water heater was leaking and he was there to fix my problems quickly. He answered all my questions honestly. He is also very knowledgeable in plumbing and gave many valuable tips for future needs I will have with my heating and water system. After discussing my options I decided to get a new hot water heater installed. He replaced my hot water heater along with some other valves and it looks and works great now. He pays attention to detail which is evidenced by the results. Highly recommend if you want prompt reliable service.

  Great experience and happy with results. He thoroughly identified, explained and repaired issues with toilet, helped with water pressure in shower and installed water softener/filter for house.

  completed work that failed within a week. Terrible customer service!!!! Wants to charge to look at work that he already completed. His response was "oil is tricky". So I guess he has to keep charging until he gets it right!
