  Called them back in the Summer of 2021 cause my air wasn't as cold as it normally was supposed to be. The gentleman that came was nice professional and very awesome. Clearly the best part of the whole experience. I was informed to see how it goes for a week and call in and I did inform them it still wasn't operating right and asked for a quote on the part he stated I might need. I never got called back with the quote. I later got a bill in the mail I called again and said I was still waiting for the quote for this part so we could do it and take care of it all at once. Took my name and info again....NEVER got a call back. This was like June/July...Fwd to November they call me for payment on the bill I never paid because I was using it to get their attention to call me back, I paid it over phone. It's now December and we've discovered that our Heating element isn't shutting off AT ALL its running even the AC is flipped on. I had my dad look into it he told me the parts we need which I asked about on a Thursday was called back on Friday and was told they would be in on Tuesday. I go in on today and I get the whole "they're not here yet", no ETA, parts are limited we will call you when it comes in". Mind you I can't run my heat full time cause if it gets to hot it can cause a fire. So, when everyone's at work its OFF by the breaker box. When we sleep its off by the breaker box. Not very pleased.

  Professional, experienced, and fast. This is the place to call for HVAC repair. I unfortunately missed my original appt with them, but they were able to reschedule and worked me in as fast as possible. Shout out to Scott, our tech, who did an amazing job and had us back up and running quickly. Definitely a place I will call again.

  Had a plumbing leak, small town of 400 people, city needed to turn water off to house from the main. I called Perkins Electrical and they do plumbing also. They had no one available. I explained that my main was off. They sent someone in 20 minutes to see if they could put a shutoff on my main to get it back on. They did and will back when a truck is available to fix the leak. Thank you Perkins
