  Perfection plumbing is a joke. They are very unprofessional. They diagnosed the main sewer line as having blockage. They brought in wrong equipment to do the job a couple of days later. The technician was at my home almost 4 hours trying to use a snake rod for unstopping a kitchen sink or bath tub not for a sewer line. After that didn't work he tells me that the main sewer line was collapsed and left all this mud n dirt in laundry room. He would not clean up the mess he made. Now I get an email from the company with an invoice for 3200 dollars to repair the problem. I called another plumbing company they came out and unclogged the line in less than 40 minutes and this company said that the line was not collapsed. I truly believe that Perfection plumbing is trying to scam people out of their money. I would not recommend anyone to use this company period.

  Mr. Stennet we are sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we have to follow policy through Choice Home Warranty. We submitted to upgrade the rodder and it took days for them to respond to us. We are not allowed to do the plumbing without there approval. The Plumber did notice roots when he was pulling out the rodder and that's why we suggested the collapsed line topic came in to play. We do suggest that you get your line inspected with a camera to verify that there aren't any issues. We have been in business since 2012 and are goal is to help people with any plumbing need.   It took them almost the full day to respond to a request for pricing. The positive side is they will do a free quote. I was asking for w bathroom sink drains to be replaced, I had already done the faucet and just needed the part of the drain from the sink, not the p trap or any of the PVC part of the drain. I had both parts so the pricing was for labor only. The quote was $210 for both, I had taken apart one so asked how much for just that one. That was $120. Now the guy that was here had said he could have this done in 30 minutes. I agreed to the one sink as it was the master and needed. It was done in 20-30 minutes as he said, that is $240 an hour. I will not use them again. So far very unimpressed with plumbers in this area.

  They did a master bath remodel rough and trim installation, relocated all supply and vent lines and their work was beautiful. They were professional, courteous, safety conscientious and did quality work at a fair price. Plus they did not try to nickel and dime me for the small stuff they came across. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a plumber they can trust!
