  Hired to replace issues with 2 shower nozzles. Owner, Jaime Drauss handled the job, which included purchasing replacement parts. He did not advise, nor provide a quote for the parts. He installed the parts and then invoiced for them. His invoice included 2 charges: $200.00 for labor and $192.00 for materials. My husband and I were shocked at the materials cost. I called & spoke to Jaime and requested he substantiate the materials cost with a copy of the material receipt. He refused stating that he adds an up charge and refused to negotiate. Had we known this, we would have purchased the materials ourselves, as this seemed quite exorbitant for what the materials were. I filed a complaint with DCP. Jaime continued to refuse to negotiate. Instead, he called me and asked I rescind my complaint and offered in return for us not to have to pay any of the bill. My husband and I were not looking to get out of payment, we wanted to pay what was fair. I tried to explain, but he was so irate and argumentative, I had to halt the conversation. We are paying the full amount of the invoice, but will not rescind the complaint. If you choose to do business with this man/company, I suggest you get a quote for materials before allowing him to purchase (we failed on that and trusted him to be fair), or purchase the materials on your own. Needless to say, we will never do business with this man again.

  Top notch, honest plumber. Contacted this plumber over Labor Day weekend, expecting to be pulled into an expensive solution related to a septic tank back-up. Was very pleasantly surprised by his attempt to understand the cause of my problem, properly diagnose the cause and refer me to the proper company to get the problem repaired. Perfection initiated a call back to me the day following my initial call to check back and see if I needed help. Although I never actually hired this company (because they referred me to a septic pump out company), they were extremely helpful and responsive, and never charged me. The company they referred me to responded immediately to resolve my problem and at a very reasonable cost, especially because it was a Sunday of a long holiday weekend. Next time I need a plumber, this is the guy I'm going to call.
