  Mike came to install our new sink after having our countertops redone. With old houses, you never know what you'll get and Mike was extremely helpful and made sure things were working properly before leaving even if it took more time. Highly recommend this family owned business!

  They were scheduled to install a new sink, disposal and faucet as part of a new countertop installation from home depot and stone systems. They never came back for the installation, when I asked about it they claimed someone had been by the house and got no answer at the door. They presented a picture of my house from across the street as proof. I work from home in the office next to the front door and have a ring camera on my front door. The camera did not detect any motion within the hours they claimed to be by. It wasn't until I told them about the camera they even mentioned being able to reschedule. I'm certain without that camera they would have charged me for another trip out, if they even decided to come back. I was more then happy to hire another company to do the work despite an increase in costs for me. Completely unprofessional I would avoid at all costs.

  STAY AWAY. This review pertains to both Perfection Plumbing and Stone Systems. Parter companies sub contracted by Home Depot. Please read the reviews on this company. They are horrific to work with and produce poor quality results. Do not order countertops through Home Depot until they stop contracting with stone systems and perfection plumbing. They never produced a final invoice despite multiple requests. They charged $7 more per square foot than Home Depot initially quoted. The mis measured in nearly all locations. They charged me by the square foot, but were seen cutting off several square feet worth of unnecessary material that I was certainly charged for. The countertop is chipped and scratched in several places. They mis- measured the sink, which has left me without a functioning sink for 9 days and counting. Upon producing a new quartz slab with proper sink cutouts, they claimed to be unable to finish the installation of the garbage disposal due to the location of the waste line. This is something that should have been caught weeks prior during measurement. To this day day I am without a functioning sink despite the fact that all appliances (sink, garbage disposal) were measured and approved during measurement. They waste line needs to be lowered by 2 inches, and they refuse to do the work or contract a carpenter to move the line. I paid for a finished product and they (along with perfection plumbing) are refusing to finish the job because it's more invasive than originally anticipated. (Even though all parts were approved in advance.) DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.
