  Clay has done numerous jobs for us. His attention to detail is unmatched in the valley. He is not the cheapest, but his work is first class and he stands behind every bit of work he does. He is responsive and professional. Book ahead as he is always backed up with lots of business. Before and after pics of my new boiler.

  This started out with 1 star. We called Clay in August of 2020 to service our NTI boiler. We had lived in our townhome less than a year and thought it prudent to go into the next winter with a serviced boiler. When I got home from work on Wednesday, it felt a little chilly in the townhouse so I turned the thermostat up thinking “well, the temps overnight are cold so . . .” When it was still 62 in our house Thursday when I got home from work, I figured I’d better take a look at the boiler. Sure enough, it wasn’t working and there were error messages. First thing I did was call Clay. If any of you have talked with Clay, you have probably figured out that communication skills are not his strength. After hearing a rambling diatribe, it was clear to me that I needed to start calling other plumbers. I’ve already gone on too long soo let me wrap this up by saying, Clay showed up at my door at 6:30 pm after I sent him pictures of our service bill from him from august 2020 and the error messages on the boiler. What Clay lacks in communication skills , he completely makes up in integrity and master plumbing skills. He is the Carl Spackler (Bill Murray in Caddyshack) who will exasperate you with his talking but endear himself to you with his sincerity, integrity, knowledge, and skills. Not only did he fix my boiler, he took another 1/2 hour getting my gas fireplace going for me.

  We found our 10 year old water heater leaking today. I called Clay at 2pm and by 7pm he had a better quality replacement water heater (same capacity and power rating) delivered and installed. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. For all my future plumbing and heating needs, Clay will be my first call! Thanks again, Clay!
