  We used this company once before via our home warranty. They did not show up the first time scheduled for work. We finally got them to come back out and they did a good job fixing my plumbing issues. When we had another plumbing issue pop up at our newly purchased home, we decided to contact Perfect Plumbing again for help. We called them prior to Christmas to schedule an appointment for a few days after the New Year. They stated they could not schedule the appointment out that early and that they would call me back the following Monday by noon to schedule the appointment. Needless to say, they did not call. I then called and scheduled the appointment myself. Not only did the company never show up within the window of time they provided for this appointment, but they failed to show up at all. When I called in the morning to inquire, no one answered and my call went to voicemail which was unreturned. I kept calling that morning to inquire and no one answered their phone. When I finally got someone to answer, they said my job was next on their schedule and the serviceman should be there soon. The rep. stated she would contact the serviceman to find out when he believed he would be out to my home and call me back a minute later. As you can guess, the rep. never called back and the serviceman never showed up. I had to pay someone to stay at my home waiting for this company to show up since I do not work remotely. I would never recommend this company to anyone due to the amount of time and money of mine they have wasted. Not to mention, their level of professionalism is nonexistent. Find any other company other than this one!

  I have a home warranty through American Home Shield I was originally assigned another company who left me hanging in the balance for a month without hot water. I got the warranty company to assign a new contractor and they sent me perfect Plumbing. I told them about my previous experience and that I was having surgery in a couple of days and I wanted to come home 2 hot water because driving to the gym to shower wasn't going to be an option. This company went the extra mile and when I was pulling in the driveway coming home from my surgery they were pulling out after replacing my water heater. They were professional Timely and I am very grateful for the level of customer service that they gave me

  Perfect plumbing was sent to my home by first american home warranty to fix a sump pump that backed up into my basement. The tech told me that he called first american and they wanted him to use a pump that he referred to twice as "very poopy". He stated that if I wanted one comparable to what I had it would be $325 extra. In a panic while water was still being removed from my basement i agreed. I found out later that he never even contacted first american about the pump even though the contract states they'll replace it with comparable equipment. Perfect plumbing continues to tell first am that it was a customer requested upgrade so they won't help me either. So I guess what I've learned is if you want to be lied to and taken advantage of when you're already dealing with a disaster in your home then call perfect plumbing!!!

  Im sorry your confused about your warranty plan. First American covers hp to hp, not brand for brand. They cover a builders grade pump. What you were told was accurate. If you have an issue with this it should be taken up with the warranty company and not Perfect Plumbing, this is out of our control. Thank you
