  The first waterproofing failed as water came up through the vapor barrier seams due to low spots left in the gravel. This was repaired at their cost. My interior structure walls began to crack so they came back to replace wooden shims that collapsed due to the carpenter using wafer board for shims. I paid for half the shims to be replaced ($3,500) and still have large cracks. I called in another person who does this type of work and it will all have to be redone. In one spot the newly shimmed joist was off 9/16th of an inch I have a video that proves that. I am terribly disappointed and only glad I didn't pay for the whole job or I'd be out $7,000. A business is only as good as the worst employee and it appears these young men didn't know how to do the job correctly or possibly didn't care. PEP has offered to come back and re-do the job but I shouldn't have to crawl under my house with them to make sure they do the job properly.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I requested a quote from PEP to install 40 feet of French drain. I accepted their bid and signed a contract. On the day of the install, I noticed that the drain was being improperly installed. A French drain to work properly must be buried underground. The workers had laid the pipe ON the surface without digging a trench and tried to hide their work with gravel. When I questioned the work, they said I'd have to pay more money to do the job right. I had them remove the pipe and my $400 deposit was returned. I contacted the owner (Lisa) who apologized and said she would personally visit my project site and oversee a re-do if I requested one. I was promised a call back after she inspected the work area. I NEVER heard from her again. It's one thing to make an honest mistake, but to deliberately cover up shoddy work is unacceptable. And to be promised by the company owner that the work would be corrected but never hearing back is totally irresponsible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  I asked them to give me an estimate for fixing my crawl space. After walking around my house and inspecting the crawl space for over an hour I was told It would cost an astronomical amount of money and after weeks of waiting I still don't have a quote
