  I called them, wasn't sure that they still work and come out to my neighborhood, they used to, now they are about 40 miles away, so after being charged for travel distance and travel time the total charge turned out to be very, very expensive, way more than I anticipated. They did good work , but I will make sure the next plumber is way more local than they advertise

  We had flooding in our garage during freezing weather, so we did without water for several days, melting snow to drink and using rain water to flush toilets. We called our regular plumber first but a few days later thought we should have a back up, so we called Pennington's and left a message. They called back and set up an appointment for the next morning. We expected it might take a week to get to us, so we were greatly relieved. They arrived right on time (wearing PPE masks). The two gentlemen found the burst joint after cutting a couple of holes in the ceiling sheet rock and repaired it. They also checked out other joints and fastened the pipe to the wall, as it wasn't secured before. They were very friendly. Pennington's is our new regular plumber now.

  Unfortunately this is an additional poor review for Pennington’s Plumbing. Our construction company was left with no option but to terminate their contract and hire another firm to finish and/or correct their poor workmanship. We should have done it sooner. As a general observation the company’s management has a master’s degree in blame shifting responsibility for their actions and errors to others. Speaking specifically, propane pipelines were installed throughout the project, which is served by natural gas. Tankless recirculating hot water heaters were installed but not connected to the recirculating lines. And when a hot water Pex line failed causing major damage to the just finished house, instead of offing ONE single word of responsibility or apology, instead were only excuses, more blame shifting together with statements to the fact that their insurance policy would be of no support or assistance. When the response to my post inevitably comes, undoubtedly and predictably it will be a reimagining of each event. Or a personal attack, with is always a classless approach. Most definitely it will be reimagining of events wherein Pennington’s Plumbing isn’t a 1-star outfit, and their customers are always firmly in the wrong.

  With your vulgar language right of the bat this morning was uncalled for to our office personnel and to our tech as he arrived today. We do not tolerant vulgar language to our employees. We came to address the issue today and you didn't have nothing but bad words to our tech also. Gas final passed on 3/8/2021 Set out passed on 3/26/2021 I hope you have a better day and wish you well.
