  Penn President Andrew was able to help me (same day) in a somewhat-emergency situation. He fixed the problem fast and was extremely helpful/patient with all our questions. This is my first business with Penn; I found this listing here on google and is how I contacted Penn. The plumbing is clean and everything is working the way it should.
