  I am the owner of AustinFloorPros in Austin, TX. Recently a long time client of mine wanted me to update their Rockport beach house with new floors and bathroom tile. We strive to do our installs by the book without cutting corners. In doing so, we needed a credited plumbing company to change valves and install hardware for warranty purposes… I have contacted many plumbing companies for help in Austin and I have not had a good experience even getting estimates for jobs. I can honestly say, I felt great about Peninsula Plumbing from the first phone call. Their team helped us complete our installation of tile in a timely manner, even coming back to preform task I did not communicate clearly. Their team truly try to help, and had great service through out the project! My client had a major leak on their dock noted when I arrived for the remodel. Running water for who knows how long, I called them to help in this emergency situation, and undermanned due to ck vid and scheduled jobs the owner came out and help us and my client out. In my option, when contacting trades, if you can find one who is fair, honest, and shows that they care you search is over. My client and AustinFloorPros have our plumbers to service the Rockport, TX area and surrounding cities. Thank you Peninsula Plumbing.

  Steve and Carmen at Peninsula Plumbing have been great to us. We had a slow leak we discovered after the bad freeze in Fulton in 2021. We had insurance but nothing was covered. All work was completed on time and beautifully finished. I am very grateful for their professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend Peninsula Plumbing, 5 stars for all employees. I will only do business with Peninsula Plumbing going forward. Exceptional customer service, the best plumbing company in my opinion. Thank you to all!
