  We have been using Penfield Plumbing ever since we moved to Rochester in 2019. They are wonderful. We have had them work on small projects from installing a new garbage disposal to a more complicated shower plumbing project. So far we have had John and Bryan out to do the service calls. Both are so nice, professional, and do great quality work. Booking an appointment is very easy and often our scheduled service date gets moved up which is always appreciated. We highly recommend them.

  Very very expensive. I had a water heater replaced. They quoted the job at $1550.00. Not parts and labor just a single number. I looked up the price of the water heater on the web and it was $800.00. Therefore the labor was $750.00 for two hours of labor, that's $375.00 per hour. Very very expensive, just be aware. $150.00 an hour for labor is reasonable to me.

  I love Penfield Plumbing! The service and communication are consistently excellent, from first contact with the office manager to completion of the work. Brian cleared a troublesome drain pipe today, taking great care at every step of the process to check that the blockage was cleared and to explain what he had done and why. Penfield Plumbing sets the highest standards for technical excellence, value, and courtesy.
