  Coldest day of the century and they answered in one call and had someone out to look at my furnace within 30 minutes. Awesome quick response. Quickly diagnosed and corrected problem. Highly recommended

  Pemberton came out on short notice to fix our sump pump. They are responsive and more often than not, you will get someone answering your call rather than an answering machine. Highly recommended!
