  Scheduling was a breeze! The day of my appointment they provided me with tracking that let me know Scott’s exactly arrival time. Scott was awesome! Prompt and professional. I had so many questions and he answered them all and provided information that I needed. Definitely recommend and will use again! We family now all my services will be through Pelletier!

  Had Will come out yesterday to replace the blower on our furnace and forgot to tighten the set screw tight enough and the belt came off in the middle of the night and when we woke up it was 61 degrees! Just kept blowing and wasting oil. Scott came out today but had to find a set screw for an hour and I had grandkids 3 & 7 who were freezing! Was 57 degrees!!! So after an hour and a half Scott finally shows up with the screw. Really!!! Both were very nice but the competence level the first time was not there. We would’ve been fine if the first guy did it right.
