  They replaced the water line to the refrigerator. The young man was respectful and competent, the price was reasonable, and the visit occurred on Monday morning after I had sent an email that weekend. I was pleased that he was able to come so soon. He wore a mask and covered his shoes to avoid getting the carpet dirty. I think this deserves at least an A and probably an A+.

  Brad and his assistant installed a tankless water heater and completed several other small plumbing projects at our home in Marietta, GA in October 2021. From the initial consultation to cleaning up after the work was done, Pell maintained professionalism and exceeded our expectations. Our 7 year old water heater failed while we were still researching plumbers and Pell as able to schedule our (emergency) install within a couple days while other plumbers couldn't see us for a week, at best. They arrived on time, worked diligently throughout the day and completed all the work as agreed. The owner even showed up at one point to check on the progress... All of this and they were the most reasonably priced estimate we received from 3 other plumbers. I dont write reviews very often, but Brad and Pell Plumbing deserve this honest, unsolicited review.

  I would give Pell 10 stars if possible! We used Pell to install a gas line for our pool heater and grill. This was a complex project as they had to work around the schedule and needs of the pool builder and the company that was installing our deck. They were always on time, professional, and worked to find solutions to any roadblocks. When we had to adjust the placement of the line for our grill after installed they were there in less than 24 hours to adjust. After we completed the deck we found there was a leak in the line. Although it was NOT caused by Pell, they responded as if it was and did all they could to ease our worries and to find a solution with urgency. Don in the front office is extremely responsive and patient as we working through a challenging project. Brad and Dave provided professional service, were always timely, and treated our project as if it were their own. I highly recommend Pell for all your plumbing needs.
