  Mr. Peak came to me highly recommended by many others. He was wonderful to work with, reasonable, honest and fair. Explained all the costs and what was involved up front, no bs. I will be having him complete any future house repairs of this sort, thank you Mr. Peak!

  Asked for an estimate. It was fair and reasonable price, but I was told he usually didn’t give product info because “people shop around “. Reluctantly told me what would be installed. 100 % up front (except labor) and a scribbled contract with little detail. When I asked for more detail, he yelled and told me he was the architect, trust him. Did not hire. Rude.
