  My wife and I hired PCS Plumbing due to the many good reviews for this company. I have to say we were very disappointed. We had a basement drain that was backing up everytime our water softener discharged. So naturally we hired them to come snake the drain. When the plumber gets to our home he instead says it was due to something else and supposedly fixed the issue during his 10 minute visit. Not a week later the basement drain is backing up. So we shut off the water softener and call them back saying the problem is not fixed. The lady on the phone argues with my wife saying the plumber didn't want to upcharge on services we didn't need, but they were perfectly fine charging $125 an hour when he did 10 minutes of work, didn't fix the issue, and didn't do what we requested. So we went with another local plumber who actually did what we wanted, snake the drain, and lo and behold the issue has been resolved. Plus the other plumber charged us only $80 dollars for all the services, where PCS plumbing would have charged us $200 for snaking alone. Safe to say we will not be going back to this company for plumbing services. I suggest you listen to the client on what they need versus assuming you know better than the homeowner.

  We’re sorry to hear you had negative experience with our company. We’re a little surprised to hear this since we haven’t worked for you since 9/26/21. Our findings when our technician was there was a improperly installed drain for a water softener and was not able to reproduce a backup in that drain.
