  First the good. The guy that came out was very professional and did a great job! The bad. I had a sparking 3 way light switch replaced. They charged $99 as a "service call" fee and then $95 for the labor. This is the first company I've used that doesn't roll the service call fee into the final charge if the labor is actually performed So they're basically saying it cost $99 dollars just to come to your house. Never experienced that before. I would understand if there was a charge if we didn't use the services and just wanted an estimate or a check up. But since the labor was done and charged for, the $99 "service" call fee is absolutely crazy and I will not be using them again.

  Will, We are glad you were happy with the service provided we strive to be the best in our business. Unfortunately, that comes with a cost these days. We do everything we can to keep costs down and pass this on to our customers but with everything on the steep incline, it's not always possible. I hope you will give us another chance to prove we are worth the excellent service you receive.

  Everyone on staff was great and went out of their way to be helpful... especially Todd Carmer. They made sure we had heat in a timely manner. Very professional, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend them!
