Payless Water Heaters was one of five companies that I interviewed and received written estimates for a new tankless hot water heating system. The PWH&P members were very professional in all aspects of the buying, installation and final city approval process. David H. was a superstar in providing the original written estimate and explaining each step in the process. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions in a clear and easy to understand response. The Ventura city permit inspector approved the installation in accordance with building codes. I highly recommend you put Payless Water Heaters at the top of your list of local family owned plumbers for your next project. Ask for David H, you'll be very happy you did when all is said and done.

Rene was a great technician! He diagnosed, informed and installed my new water heater with efficiency and care. The best part was that he explained and gave me options and I didn’t feel like he was being a salesman or offering me something that I didn’t need. He tackled the unexpected problems well and explained as it happened! I really felt that I could trust his advice. The ladies who received my desperate call were kind and professional. They also kept me updated when the tech was delayed from a previous job. That was really appreciated. Great job! I highly recommend this company. Thank you for helping us out!

I made an appointment for Heater replacement for 12noon on a Monday and the technician (David) actually called and came about an hour early. Evaluated my setup, explained what wad needed, priced it out, and proceeded to do the work in a professional manner. Quality of work is excellent! He cleaned up the area and explained what i needed to know about the ignition/relighting process. Then asked if i had any question he might answer. That's excellent service in my book.
