Called them for an estimate to re-pipe the house. Was told they charged $45.00 for an estimate which would be applied to any work done. I agreed and someone came out and went through the house. He took my email address and I was told the guy who writes up the estimates would get back to me. This was on a Tuesday morning. I had not heard anything by Thursday and so I called to inquire. The woman on the line told me he had the information and she would have him get back to me that day. Never heard back. Called back on Friday and she looked it up and said he was out in the field but he had the information. She said she would contact him and get right back to me. I never heard back. I was charged $45.00 and I still have not gotten an estimate. In the meantime I had other companies come and give me estimates. Not one of them charged for it and they got back to me right away with their estimates. Payless was very unprofressional. I will be disputing any charge that shows on my credit card.

Was waiting on them to come out and do some other plumber repairs I had scheduled but need a clean out in the meantime. Guy came out to do an unclog. Right after he left my wife takes a shower and it backed up on her . My wife Called them back and was told us that he doesn't work for free. After I just paid the for the clean put would have paid more if that what it took. when I had no problem paying then to get me through tell they came out for the big repair. Before this I liked them and there Services I even recommend them to 3 other people that used them I guess they dont need the business.

5/28/21 I call my home warranty co for an Emergency as I have water pouring out of a cracked pipe into my basement if I use the sinks or toilet! They send Payless Plumbing service, Friday night of a 3 day wknd. They are onsite 7:30pm, 15 min inspection. Plumber says he needs to speak to the owner, and the warranty co and promises a call back on Saturday. I hear from NO ONE. I call them 4 days later, June 1st, Tuesday morning, the office promises to call me, NO CALL. I call again late afternoon, I get the run around, the tech needs to talk to the owner and the warranty co to get a bid approval. etc. I tell her as the homeowner they need to tell me the game plan! She says the warranty co will call me. I call the warranty co and they call them and also get the run around. I’m told someone will call me tomorrow.. 06/02/21 no calls, I call warranty co, they put Me on hold and call (No bids have been turned in) them (2nd time) and they also get the run around! Office personal tells them they will contact owner (he’s on vacation) and someone will call me today or tomorrow!! It’s been 5 days! I can’t run water, laundry, shower, or use the bathroom!!! I even tried to pour a sealant on it to try and minimize the leak! This is NOT good customer service! They have not called me once since the initial inspection 5 days ago!! I am looking into canceling them and trying to get someone that is willing to take care of the problem!!!
