  I was totally impressed with John's lightning fast reply to phone call and before you know it he was at my house to install a natural gas space heater for us. He tackled it with care and expertise and complete confidence. His price was extremely fair and I would most definitely retain him for future plumbing needs. On top of that he was pleasant and his able assistant, Andrew, was just as personable. Thank you!

  My hot water heater burst so I called six different companies that did not return my call. John was the only one that called me back right away and showed up the same day to look at the job. He installed a tankless water heater for me. John did a great job. He was responsive, professional, personable and his prices are fair. He worked into the night to make sure my family had hot water before he left. He needed to return to finish a small aspect of the job and he wouldn't accept payment until the job was completely done. That is unheard of nowadays. I highly recommend Payless Plumbing.
