  I arranged to have this company install new faucets for me. Called on a Tuesday and scheduled for that upcoming Friday. Provided my address and contact info. By 4:30 on Friday they still hadn't shown so I contacted them to get a ETA. They told me they had no record of the job and couldn't send someone until Monday. I am very disappointed in their service. Their quoted prices were reasonable, too bad they never showed.

  Awesome job by the folks here. I was in a pickle and needed a quick turn around of a plumbing issue so I could continue with my kitchen remodel the next morning. I was assured I would be able to be taken care of within my quick timeframe and at the end of the day that I called and told they could take care of my issue day of. Professional. Quick. Easy to communicate with.

  Payless did an AMAZING JOB from the second they took my phone call, until the job was done! They were super accommodating, efficient, and were at my house within 3 hours. They even matched the price I was given by another company. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future!
