  When called about our no hot water issue, Paul initially came by to inspect the system. He sent a young, inexperienced worker to finish the job and never came back to inspect the work done. We're now 9 months later with the same issue, no hot water. We called Paul's company four times without a single call back. We were without hot water for close to a week waiting for him ( He has still never called us back). We called another company tired of the lack of professionalism. Turns out that the pump he sold us and had installed was bad. Part of me wonders if this is why he never called us back. I would not trust your plumbing and heating issues with Paul.
