  My experience with Paul Davis has been excellent. Five stars +++ is my rating. My entire flooring , baseboards, bathrooms and painting. Plus packing up and unpacking the entire house. Paul Davis staff has gone over and above to make this stressful time more tolerable. They began work the day after Thanksgiving and had everything in place and completed the week before Christmas. They understood my stress in getting everything ready for the holidays and worked hard to meet time restraints. The entire organization is top notch!!! I want specially point out several people that made successful: 1. Andres, Project Manager- This gentleman is like a major league football coach!! His keen coordination and customer service skills were spot on. He listened to my concerns then executed. His teams came in to complete the projects masterfully and worked in unison. All elements of the project, and there were many, flowed seamlessly. I was extremely impressed!!! In addition he always had a smile on his face and responded to my text very quickly. 2. Stephanie, Manager of Packing Crew- What a team! Stephanie managed her people flawlessly. Everything was packed carefully and all my glass and fragile items were labeled as such and were given extra tender care. Stephanie numbered all the boxes and kept pictures so the unpacking was like if nothing had been moved....impressive! 3. Angie- Customer Service. Angie is a sweetheart! She was thorough making sure everything was processed on time with the insurance company and also followed up with me to see to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend Paul Davis, they made me like family.

  Paul Davis Restoration, and Project Manager Andres Carvajal in particular, did an excellent job with the restoration in my townhouse after a water heater leak occurred on the first floor. There was damage to all the carpeting on that floor, which was previously removed by another firm and so needed to be replaced by something, baseboards along the adjoining walls to the utility room where the leak occurred were removed and needed to be replaced and matched to existing baseboards on the floor, and there was drywall damage that was cut out and needed to be replaced. Andres inspected the affected areas and laid out a plan for repairing all of these issues, along with coordinating with my insurance company. I opted to upgrade the replaced flooring from carpeting to more durable LVTs, and Andres quoted me the cost difference for this useful upgrade, and provided me with options for different stores from which the LVTs could be selected (I picked Lowe’s). The drywall was patched up and then repainted so you could not even tell something was cut out before. The LVTs were professionally installed, the baseboards were matched against what I had, and then everything in the affected areas were painted again to match the original color. I’m very pleased with all the work that was done, and heartily recommend this company, and Andres, to anyone who needs restoration work performed. Also, special thanks to Ken, who did a really great job with the LVT installation, and explaining the placement options. Including photos of new flooring, wall repainting and baseboard matching, and one wall where large chunks of drywall were replaced near the bottom of the picture, but you can’t tell. Also included is a picture of the concrete slab, before the new flooring was installed, for comparison.

  The water restoration team was here within 2 hours of contacting them on a Friday after 5pm. We couldn’t believe it. Victor was super helpful and the follow up and communication was top rate. Andres asked us what we liked best for communication method and since it was text he kept us up to date with text messages throughout the entire process. Everyone that came to our home to do work was amazing. From removal of water damaged cabinets and drywall to painting to masonry repair to cabinet rebuild all staff were professional and courteous. Additionally the process was so much quicker than I could have imagined and after each part of the work everything was left spotless. I would absolutely recommend Paul Davis to anyone needing repair work done.
