  Hired him to install a toilet. He installed said he would be back next day to caulk. We let him know there was an issue with the installation. He came back twice without tools. I finally asked for installation fee back he agreed still waiting. After 7 weeks another plumber fixed it in less than two hours. He gave me a card that said Sandy Martin plumbing same phone number same address. I would avoid like the plague.

  I wish I have read these reviews before hiring him. Paul never finished the job. He doesn't know how to install a furnace. He is full of excuses. He took full payment already. Since, there are too many people complaining about him doing this nonsense, I would request everyone to go the Ohio Attorney General's website and file a complaint.

  Runs always w your money. Very stressful and unprofessional experience with this man. Now going through his lawyer because he is unable to answer my questions pertaining promises he made regarding work and money. Do not ever give this man money unless the job is finished. And make sure he is in your home warranty company because his lapsed.
