  Both repair people that showed up were friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to explain how the plumbing repairs needed to be done in layman's terms so even I (not a plumber) could understand. In other words, they were very patient with me. They came to remove an old toilet, (waiting on an estimate for new flooring) and will come back to install new toilet. It seemed like one of the repair people was an apprentice and if so, she is getting a good education and good on the job training from Matt. They also installed a new faucet in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend Paul Bunyan Plumbing & Drains to anyone needing service. Very good people.

  Tony came out and took care of our drain issue. He was on time and was very easy to work with. We have had you guys out before and Tony was the technician that we had then to. We are very pleased with the work and would request to have him out the next time we need help. When we called for service we were able to have someone out the following day. That's pretty quick service. Thanks!

  Chris arrived on time, listened to my concerns, determined the needed repairs and documented his estimate for the work quickly. After we agreed on a plan, he retrieved all of the parts and tools needed from his truck and completed the work efficiently. Before he left he insured everything functioned correctly and there were no leaks. Chris wore booties and used drop cloths so I didn't need to do any cleanup. Chris did a great job!
